Maple Mustard Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS
2 tabl1 TBS Salt
1 TSP Ground black pepper
1/4 TSP Cayenne pepper
3 LBS Chicken wings
1/4 C Mustard (we like East Shore Specialty Foods Sweet & Tangy Mustard)
1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TSP Soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
Combine salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Coat wings evenly with the mixture. Put wings in a sealed container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (or more).
Whisk together maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, and soy sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat grill to medium high. Grease grill grates.
Place wings on the grates in a single layer.
Cover the grill to cook. Flip wings once at after about 5 minutes. Cook until skin is opaque, about 10 minutes.
Brush wings with the Maple Mustard sauce and continue to cook and turn, basting occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and the skin is crisp. About 10-15 minutes.
