Cardamom Maple Whiskey Sour
Makes one cocktail
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Rye Whiskey
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce Tapped Cardamom Infused Maple Syrup
1/2 ounce egg white (optional)
Garnish: Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
DIRECTIONS
Add whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white to a shaker, and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or into a coupe without ice.
Garnish with 3–4 drops of bitters.
